Can
you describe the claims
department?
Specialised
claims management teams, working either for
individuals or businesses from our offices in
Paris and Mexico City, providing day-to-day
support to our insured members abroad. Their
role is to process claims for the
reimbursement of medical expenses and to contact
hospitals to arrange hospitalisation cover.
How
would you describe your
team?
All
of our claims managers are able to listen and
deliver advice to reassure insured members who
find themselves in stressful situations abroad.
The design of our claims centre encourages
teamwork and makes it easy to share experiences:
the teams are dynamic, often multinational and
all the team members have spent time
abroad. |
